BT AI Service and Fair Usage Policy (FUP)

1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how Fiesta Labs Inc. (the "Company") acts as a Data Intermediary to process personal information on behalf of Bhutan Telecom Ltd. ("BT"). All data collected through this BT AI platform is processed strictly under the instructions of BT and in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore (the "PDPA").
By using BT AI and its features, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined here.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect:
- Account information: Name, email, mobile number linked to your active BT account.
- Usage data: Tokens used, prompts submitted, AI responses generated.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide, personalize, and maintain services.
- Improve BT AI features and offerings.
- Communicate important updates and offers (where permitted).
- Ensure platform safety and compliance.
4. Data Sharing
We may share limited data with:
- Third-party AI providers to generate responses to your requests.
- Service providers who are helping us maintain the platform.
For the avoidance of doubt, we do not sell your personal data.
5. Data Security
We employ robust administrative, organizational, procedural, and technical safeguards (including operational encryption, strict access controls, and anti-malware systems) to protect your personal data in accordance with the PDPA and our strict contractual obligations to BT.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal and usage data only as long as necessary to provide services or comply with legal obligations. For the avoidance of doubt, personal and usage data are retained strictly on behalf of BT and only for the duration necessary to fulfil the requirements for the BT AI platform.
7. Your Rights
As the Company processes your personal data strictly as a Data Intermediary on behalf of BT, any requests to exercise your statutory rights under the PDPA must be submitted directly through BT's official customer service channels or to Bhutan Telecom Ltd.'s Data Protection Officer.
8. Your Rights
If you are a Resident of Singapore:
In accordance with the PDPA, you possess the right to request access to, or the correction of, the personal data that is in our possession or under our control. As the Company processes your data strictly as a Data Intermediary on behalf of BT, any requests to exercise your rights under the PDPA (including data access, correction, or withdrawal of consent) should be directed to BT's Data Protection Officer at (+975) 343434 Toll Free: 1600.
9. Age & Parental Consent
BT AI is formally integrated into BT mobile plans intended for users aged 15 to 29 years old. By interacting with this BT AI platform, you confirm that you are at least 15 years of age. If you are a minor under the age of 18, by using this BT AI platform you confirm that you have reviewed these data practices with your parent or legal guardian prior to submitting prompts or inputs.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under these ages without consent. If we discover that such data has been provided, we will delete it promptly.
10. Third-Party Content and Links
AI responses may contain third-party information or automated generative outputs. Neither the Company nor Bhutan Telecom Ltd. (including its Affiliates) warrants or assumes any legal liability for the accuracy, compliance, safety, copyright non-infringement, or legality of any automated outputs generated by the BT AI platform.
11. Changes to Privacy Policy
BT and the Company may update this policy from time to time to reflect operational or regulatory adjustments. Continued use of BT AI after updates means you accept the revised policy.
